Beth Budesheim has been a licensed massage therapist since 1999, and has been working with the energy field for even longer. She has a life long innate affinity, curiosity and love for all the healing arts.

In her bodywork sessions, Beth gracefully blends various bodywork forms such as Swedish, and Deep Tissue massage, Reflexology, Chinese Meridian work, Myofacial Release, Warm Stones, Aromatherapy, Craniosacral and Energy Medicine, for a thorough yet relaxing massage. Each session is custom tailored to the unique needs, likes & dislikes you have expressed, as well as what she finds while listening deeply & respectfully to your body & whole being during the session.  She welcomes those seeking relief from over-stress, muscle tension, tight back & neck, low back/hip pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis..etc, as well as those seeking prevention, pure relaxation, inner connection, chakra work or energy medicine.

Beth's affinity for energy medicine began to blossom in the early 1990's. It was through her experiences in energy workshops that she began to access the imagery she has become well known for in her artwork.

Beth is also an RN, long time yoga student, energy practitioner, intuitive & artist who works with painting as another vehicle for expression, intuitive connection and healing.
