Therapeutic Healing Massage:

A graceful combination of modalities to work out those tight spots, and bring deep relaxation. I naturally work with a conscious attention not only to the physical but the energetic levels as well, and their interconnection. Because of this, sessions can be clearing and beneficial on many levels. Deep tissue, Swedish, hot stones, chinese meridian, and aromatherapy, are some of the modalities I draw on.

Energy Medicine & Intuitive Insights:

Compassionate energy medicine assists your emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical well-being. It is useful in times of well-being as well as challenge such as illness, post surgical healing, emotional distress..etc. I work with the chakras & energy field, clearing, strengthening, harmonizing, shifting and mending via infusion of Light informed energies, sacred geometry, crystals, essential oils, clairvoyance, and the power of holding the vision. Energy medicine promotes greater well-being on all levels, including potential for expanded awareness.

Combination Sessions:

Combination sessions blend combinations from the following: massage & bodywork, energy medicine, chakra balancing, intuitive reading/guidance, flower essences, crystals, aromatherapy, and psychosynthesis. I find that most issues leave a trail throughout a person's being - in the chakras, the heart, mind, and physical body. Even if there is no 'issue' per se, working in this way, is very nurturing, deep, and supportive. These sessions provide an opportunity to assess & work on multiple levels and 'sing in'/color/vibrate a healing resonance throughout your system.

These sessions may include variable degrees of energy medicine & intuitive guidance, depending on what you are seeking.

Centering Sessions:

This session provides some 'you' time in a healing space, with energetics to support centering, clearing, relaxation and alignment. Resting on the amethyst biomat, receive a head and/or foot massage, inhale the aromatherapy and integrate the flower essence chosen for you, then relax in some 'you time' accompanied by soft music, silence or a guided meditation.

Examples: A 90min session could include a one hour massage + a 30min intuitive reading. A one hour & 45min session is good if you'd like a longer massage, additional energy work intuitive information.
